Riverside County Landfills

Waste Loads of animal excrement may not contain greater than 50% moisture content.  If a load is suspected to contain more than 50% moisture, it may be refused disposal. If the waste meets the conditions specified below, it is accepted at Riverside County Landfills.

Carnivore Animal Excrement is accepted in small quantities provided that the waste is delivered in sealed containers or bags so that the excrement waste is not visible when dumped.  The sealed container or bag must be of sufficient strength to resist breakage under normal transportation and unloading activities.

Herbivore Animal Excrement is accepted un-bagged, but the load must be covered during transportation.
