Rural Punch Cards

Yellow Residential Card: Card price is $15.00 per month and may be purchased one or more months at a time. Cards may be purchased for the entire fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) at a rate of $150 if purchased by June 30 or at a rate of $160 if purchased between July 1 - July 31. Cards expire at the end of each fiscal year (June 30). Every 400 pounds=1 punch. Cards are sold at Oasis, Mecca (when open), and the business office. Acceptable forms of payment include money order or cashier's check. No cash, personal checks, or business checks unless they are purchased from the business office.

White Commercial Card: This is good for 24 loads of up to 1/2 ton each; valid until all 24 uses are expended. Oasis accepts no more than 1 ton per load. Card price is $437.62. Cards are sold at Oasis, Mecca (when open), and the main office. Acceptable forms of payment include money order or cashier's check. No cash, personal checks, or business checks unless they are purchased from the business office.

Instead of having to make a payment for services each visit, a customer account can be established.

Applications can be picked up in person at our business office or can be downloaded and printed on your printer. The completed, original application can either be mailed or returned in person to our main office.

We offer two types of accounts:

Pre-Paid Account Application & Instructions: This is an account where money is prepaid and the amount due is deducted from the balance at the time of the transaction/visit. There is a minimum of $1000 deposit required to open the account. Deferred Account Application & Instructions: Deferred payment accounts can be established, where transaction/visits are recorded and billed monthly. Please see instructions (accompanied with the application) for further details and requirements. The application and instructions can be found HERE.
